Policies

Purchasing Policy: Items are sold as seen in pictures, there are no changes that can be made unless otherwise stated in the product description. *Please review product images and descriptions carefully


Commissions: Commission turn around time is dependent on order size & specifications. Once an order is placed if there are further questions/concerns either reach out to us or we will gladly reach to you if any instructions/ requests are unclear.
*Please note: Commissions do not always turn out perfectly! We will do our best to make sure you vision comes to life and that you are satisfied with the product before sending. Once the approval for a custom has been confirmed the piece will be shipped out


Shipping Policy: **Due to the current Covid19 virus, shipping may be delayed
Once an item has been shipped, we cannot control what happens to the item. We will do our best to work with our clients and customer base as best we can (see damage & return policies)


Return Policy: Items *CAN* be returned at returners expense for shipping, and full refund will take place once ShaeBurnCreations has received and inspected the piece. If there is no damage to the piece a full refund will be distributed withing 72 business hours of return. *DAMAGED items can not be returned 


Damaged Items: Once an item leaves our hands we cannot control what happens to it. If something arrives damaged or broken, please immediately reach out and let us know. Full refunds unfortunately are not an option but we will consider partial refund/ potential product replacement


Communication Policy: Please allow up to 72 business hours for messages/ communications  replies . If something is urgent please title it as such and we will attempt to get to your request quicker.
